This handcrafted camera shoulder strap is woven from 100% Japanese-imported silk, presented in a rich gradient color scheme that transitions through vivid vermilion red, warm coral orange, and soft peachy-pink tones, framed by a central band of lustrous ivory-white woven strands. Under light, the silk fibers reveal a distinctive natural sheen and luminous glow, with the tightly braided herringbone-style weave creating a dimensional, textured surface where each raised stitch catches highlights differently, giving the strap a deep, understated, and elegant character.

The strap measures 110cm in total length with a width of 1.36cm, a figure confirmed by a digital caliper measurement shown reading 13.6mm. The multi-strand construction is entirely hand-braided, producing a dense, uniform, and supple braid with a soft hand feel and excellent luster. The weave is symmetrical and consistent along the full length, with the white accent strands forming a crisp central spine flanked by gradient red-to-orange threads on both edges.

Each end of the silk braid is finished with a connection section made from selected top-grain cowhide leather in a warm cognac brown tone. The leather features a naturally grained, pebbled surface texture and is densely hand-stitched with fine, even seam lines running along the edges. The construction uses a double-layer laminated technique, and every visible edge is fully sealed and bound for a clean, refined finish. One end terminates in a rounded leather tab with a punched hole and a polished silver-tone metal O-ring for attachment, while the other end pairs the brown leather keeper with a contrasting black pebbled-leather tab, also with a punched attachment hole.

The leather-to-braid junctions are tight and precise, with the stitching density uniform and the leather edges smooth, indicating careful, premium hand-finishing throughout. The strap is designed to be compatible with Leica and other mirrorless cameras, as well as film and vintage-style rangefinder cameras, attaching through the camera's strap lugs. The overall design language is retro and classic, with the gradient red-and-white braid evoking a timeless, artisanal aesthetic. This is a one-of-a-kind piece, soft, luminous, and richly detailed, and it can be fitted with a quick-release buckle configuration if desired.
