Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your package has been shipped.

Shipping Options

Shipping options, currencies, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for the selected delivery country.

• Standard shipping: USD 5.90 for orders below USD 99, or the local currency equivalent shown at checkout. Transit time after shipment is 4 to 15 business days.
• Free standard shipping: Free for orders of USD 99 or more, or the local currency equivalent shown at checkout. Transit time after shipment is 4 to 15 business days.
• FedEx priority shipping: USD 29.90, or the local currency equivalent shown at checkout. Transit time after shipment is 3 to 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and transit time after shipment.

• Standard shipping total estimate: 7 to 18 business days.
• FedEx priority shipping total estimate: 6 to 8 business days.

Currency and Local Rates

Shipping rates are converted for supported local currencies where applicable. Current checkout rates are based on your selected delivery country and the currency shown at checkout.

For reference, based on the USD exchange rate checked on July 8, 2026, USD 5.90 is approximately EUR 5.16 or CHF 4.76, USD 29.90 is approximately EUR 26.15 or CHF 24.11, and USD 99 is approximately EUR 86.59 or CHF 79.82. Final rates may vary slightly due to Shopify currency conversion and rounding.
