The QUBZI Edit / Craft & Materials
Some earrings earn a second look for their shape. A blue-green square does that on its own. So does a tiny radish, though for different reasons.
Both of these shell studs catch the light. Then they part ways.

Squares, stacked in pairs
The Geometric Shell Stud Earrings keep it clean. The listing describes two square crushed-shell stones per earring, set in a gold-tone metal frame, with color shifting between shimmering blues and greens. The ear posts are 925 sterling silver, gold-plated. Black velvet lining behind them is a good stage for that blue-green.

Set on a plain gray tray, a few pairs read as one family of color. Next to a plain white shirt or a gray knit, the stacked pair of squares near the ear is plenty. Picture it with a thin chain or a second small stud; the straight outline does the rest.
A radish with leaves

Then there are the Radish Shell Inlay Stud Earrings. The listing describes mother-of-pearl shell inlay, a warm, translucent amber-orange body with iridescent green leaves, and a thin gold-toned border that also outlines the leaves. They measure 9.8 mm wide by 14 mm long. A small, specific motif with a bit of wit, and a gardener would get the joke.
Balance the two by mood. The squares are cool and abstract; the radish is warm and literal. If your wardrobe leans blue-gray, the squares will settle in while the radishes pop. Lean earthy and the reverse may suit you. Worn with a denim jacket or a linen shirt, that orange adds a note the blue-green does not. There is no rule against wearing them as a mismatched pair, either.
To keep either pair looking their best, the listings suggest a soft dry cloth. Keep them away from water, perfume and lotions, and store them separately.
