How it works

  1. Apply. It takes two minutes. We review every application and usually reply within a few days.
  2. Share. Once approved, you get a personal link you can point at any page on qubzi.com. Prefer a code? Ask us and we will set up a personal discount code for your audience.
  3. Earn. Every order that comes through your link or code earns you 15% of the product subtotal.

Who it is for

Interior and home creators, stylists, bloggers, Pinterest curators, gift-guide writers — and customers who already love their QUBZI pieces. Audience size matters less than fit: we look for people whose taste matches the objects we carry.

Does it cost anything to join?
No.

Can I earn commission on my own orders?
No. Orders placed through your own link or code are excluded.

What happens if an order is returned?
Commission is approved once the order’s return window has closed. Refunded or cancelled orders do not earn commission.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These terms apply between QUBZI (“we”, “us”) and you, the affiliate (“you”). By joining the program you agree to them.

1. Commission

  • You earn 15% of the product subtotal of every qualifying order you refer to qubzi.com.
  • Commission is calculated after discounts and excludes shipping, taxes, duties and tips.

2. Tracking

  • Orders are credited through your affiliate link or your personal coupon code.
  • Your link sets a 30-day cookie. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent click is credited. An affiliate coupon code used at checkout takes priority over links.
  • Orders you place yourself, through your own link or code, do not earn commission.

3. Approval and payouts

  • Referrals are reviewed and approved once the order’s return window has closed.
  • Commission is void on orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
  • Approved commission is paid monthly via PayPal once your balance reaches USD 50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. US affiliates may be asked for a W-9.

4. How you may promote QUBZI

Welcome: your own social accounts, blog, newsletter, videos, and personal recommendations.

Not allowed:

  • Bidding on “QUBZI” or its misspellings in paid search, or using our name in ad display URLs.
  • Posting your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites without our written approval.
  • Spam, unsolicited messages, bots, cookie stuffing, or any incentivised or automated traffic.
  • Presenting yourself as QUBZI, or registering domains, handles or ads that look like our official store.
  • Making claims about our products, materials, origin, prices or delivery times that are not on qubzi.com.

5. Disclosure

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote QUBZI, as required by the US FTC and similar rules elsewhere — for example “#ad”, “paid partnership” or “I earn a commission from this link”.

6. Brand assets

You may use the product photos and copy on qubzi.com, and any assets we send you. Do not alter our logo or use our assets in a way that suggests you are part of QUBZI.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the commission rate, or close the program, at any time; we will email active affiliates about material changes. Either side may end the relationship at any time. Approved commission earned before termination will still be paid, except where these terms were breached.

Affiliate Privacy Notice

When you apply we collect your name, email address, the social profiles you share, and later your payout details. As you promote QUBZI we record the clicks and orders linked to your account.

We use this information only to run the program: to review your application, track referrals, pay commission, and contact you about the program. Referral tracking uses a cookie on qubzi.com that lasts 30 days after a click.

We share it only with the providers that operate the program — UpPromote (referral tracking and the affiliate dashboard) and PayPal (payouts). We never sell your data.
