The hide shifts from a honeyed orange-tan on the outer faces to a deeper reddish-brown where layers overlap and at the edges, with a fine natural grain and a gentle satin sheen rather than a high lacquer shine. Flat panels, softly rounded flap corners and contrasting hand stitching give it a clean, utilitarian silhouette.
