The leather exhibits a very fine, uniform grain texture with subtle light reflections across its surface. The overall form is a rectangular bifold with precise, squared corners and proportional edges. A signature design element is the leather strap closure, which features a pointed, arrow-shaped tip and threads through a fixed leather loop on the front cover.
Construction is highlighted by meticulous hand-stitched seams using a saddle-stitch technique. The stitching is executed with a contrasting thread, appearing in a slightly lighter shade of burgundy or gray, creating a neat, even border along all edges of the cover and closure strap. The stitch density is consistent and tight, indicating high-quality craftsmanship. The edges of the leather panels have been meticulously burnished and polished, resulting in a smooth, glossy, and sealed finish that reveals the leather's layered composition.
When opened, the planner reveals its interior layout. The inner lining maintains the same burgundy BUTTERO leather.
