This A7 notebook cover is a tri-fold design crafted from a single piece of Tochigi saddle leather, taken from the rump and back of the hide. Its deep olive green exterior has a semi-glossy finish that catches the light, revealing the natural grain and subtle tonal variations typical of vegetable-tanned leather. The rectangular shape with rounded corners is secured by a front flap that fastens with two circular metal snap buttons, each embossed with repeated "KNOK" text around the rim.

The cover is saddle-stitched with a light beige or off-white thread that stands out against the green leather, with dense, even stitching along all edges and the flap. The leather edges are burnished and sealed to a smooth, dark, polished state.
