This necklace is a handcrafted piece featuring a diverse array of beads strung together to create a textured, multi-colored accessory. The primary component consists of numerous small, irregularly shaped chips of translucent green glass, which vary in shade from a light seafoam to a deeper teal. These chips have a rough, matte to semi-glossy surface texture, giving them an organic, tumbled appearance. Interspersed among the green chips are smaller, smooth, rounded beads in a warm amber or honey-yellow hue, providing a color contrast. Tiny, metallic gold-tone spacer beads are placed between many of the larger beads, adding subtle reflective highlights and separating the elements.
The necklace features several distinct focal beads. One prominent bead is a large, elongated, faceted crystal or glass bead that is clear with a smoky grey tint. Its geometric, multi-faceted surface catches the light, creating sharp reflections and internal shadows. Another focal point is a large, smooth, oval-shaped bead in a deep, opaque red color, resembling a polished stone or glass. A third unique bead is an irregular, chunky piece with a dark, almost black base color and prominent white or cream-colored veining or inclusions, giving it a marbled or stone-like appearance. A small, cylindrical, pale yellow bead is also visible in one section of the strand.
The construction is completed with a gold-tone metal clasp and extender chain. The clasp is a lobster claw style, attached to the beaded strand via a small jump ring and a decorative, cone-shaped metal cap with etched geometric patterns. The extender chain is made of simple oval links and terminates in a small, flat, oval metal tag. The overall design has a rustic, artisanal, and somewhat bohemian style, combining natural-looking materials with crafted glass and metal elements.
