This handcrafted decorative charm is designed as a phone or bag pendant, featuring a cheerful character figure at its center. The piece combines soft braided yarn, smooth resin details, and a mix of pastel blues, yellows, and small red and green accents for a playful, layered look.

The main charm shows a character with light blue hair and a yellow swimsuit seated in a pale yellow donut-shaped floatie with darker polka dots. Above it hangs a glittery light blue cloud charm reading "happy" in pink letters, while a glossy speech-bubble charm with three small hearts sits to the left. A large tassel made from the same light blue and white glittery yarn hangs below, alongside several beads including a translucent dark blue bead, glossy green, light green, blue, and purple beads, three bright yellow spheres, and one faceted iridescent crystal bead. A separate cord holds a rectangular, ticket-shaped tag with a scalloped edge, featuring a printed cartoon sheep in a red hat and yellow outfit, the word "friends" in handwritten-style font, a small barcode graphic, and a yellow star.

Type: Decorative charm pendant
Materials: Resin or plastic figures and beads, yarn blend with glitter threads, plastic carabiner clip, pearlescent tag
Finish / color: Matte and glossy surfaces; pastel blue, yellow, white, with red and green accents
Closure: Light blue plastic carabiner-style clip with spring-loaded gate

This pendant attaches easily to a phone loop, bag strap, or keychain, and its compact size makes it a subtle accent rather than a bulky addition. It pairs well with other pastel-toned accessories or simple solid-colored bags.

Occasions:
Everyday casual outings
Beach or poolside days
Gift exchanges with friends
Adding a playful touch to a work bag

Care:
Wipe resin and plastic parts gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight to preserve colors.
Store hanging or flat to prevent tangling of the tassel and cords.

Handmade note: This item is handcrafted, so small variations in knotting and bead placement may occur, adding to its unique character.
