Item details

Color pattern: White
Material: Synthetic, Metal, Cotton, and Fabric

This handcrafted spider figure is a dark fantasy art piece built from fuzzy chenille stems, with a steel wire skeleton and cotton stuffing giving it a poseable, organic form. Its muted earth tones of dirty white, beige, and pale olive green are distressed with deep crimson, magenta, and black patches, while the leg tips darken to grey and the joints show pinkish-red splashes that evoke raw flesh. The result is a grotesque, gothic creature that feels both eerie and meticulously made, with a sprawling silhouette and a slightly matted, irregular texture that adds to its horror-inspired character.

Eight long, spindly legs radiate from a bulbous, lumpy body, each one segmented and tapering to a pointed tip with a twisted, rope-like construction. The legs are significantly longer than the body, creating an exaggerated arachnid shape, and they bend and curve in dynamic directions. Visible wrapping and layering of the chenille stems mark the seams where legs attach, and the overall form is asymmetrical and hand-made, with no logos or printed text anywhere on the piece.

Size & Materials
Type: Handcrafted spider figure
Dimensions: Fits comfortably in a palm, with a wide leg span
Materials: Chenille stems (pipe cleaners), steel wire, cotton stuffing
Finish / Color: Dirty white, beige, pale olive green, deep crimson, magenta, dark brown, black, dark grey, pinkish-red

The spider’s movable limbs allow it to be posed in various positions, making it a striking display piece for a shelf or desk. Its size is roughly comparable to a human hand, though the legs extend well beyond that, so it works best as a standalone accent rather than a subtle accessory.
