This decorative wind chime is a handcrafted assembly of natural materials, featuring a prominent top element carved from light-colored wood into the silhouette of a stylized rocking horse. The wood exhibits a visible grain pattern and a smooth, matte finish, with the horse shape including a curved base and a central cutout. From this wooden base, three dark brown cords are suspended, each threaded with a variety of beads and natural shells. The beads include polished, dark brown spherical and barrel-shaped pieces, likely made of wood or seed, alongside a single, small, light green cylindrical bead and a small, off-white, irregularly shaped bead. The cords are knotted at intervals to secure the components.
The primary sound-producing elements are several large, hollowed-out walnut shells, which are light tan in color with a deeply textured, wrinkled surface. These shells are clustered at the ends of the cords, designed to clink together. Interspersed among the walnut shells are smaller, dark brown, glossy beads that appear to be polished seeds or nuts.
