A handmade braided phone lanyard, woven entirely by hand from fine cord in a soft blue-white gradient palette, accented with pale buttery yellow and crisp white strands. The main body of the strap is a tightly and evenly braided round cord, roughly a few millimeters in diameter, showing a consistent spiral chevron weave pattern where light blue, pale yellow and white strands interlace in a repeating diagonal rhythm. The cord surface has a slight satin sheen, catching diffuse light along the ridges of each braid stitch, while the recessed valleys between stitches remain matte, giving the length a subtle textured shimmer as it curves.
At the attachment end, the strap gathers into a large, chunky braided knot that stacks a pale yellow rounded knot above a light periwinkle-blue rounded knot, both formed from tightly wound cord loops that create a ridged, almost ribbed spherical bead-like cluster. From this knot emerges a smooth, glossy loop of bright sky-blue satin cord shaped into a teardrop or U-shaped eyelet, which passes through a thin white attachment thread that loops back through itself with a small overhand knot. This glossy blue loop contrasts with the matte-woven texture of the braided sections, its surface smooth and reflective with a single soft highlight running along its outer curve.
The decorative strand carries a series of small hand-woven embellishments. A flat, lemon-yellow woven leaf shape with visible parallel thread rows sits beside a tiny butterfly figure rendered in variegated blue threads, its two wings splayed symmetrically with a dotted, speckled texture created by the alternating light and dark blue strands. Below these, a small woven flower in pale yellow-white forms a rounded, petaled rosette, followed by a larger butterfly whose four wings are woven in pale yellow with fine white outlining edges, each wing shaped as an elongated teardrop with a flat, embroidered-looking fill of horizontal cord rows.
