The facial details differ slightly in color application. The eyes are large, round patches of tan or khaki-colored fabric, each secured with a red embroidered border. Inside each tan circle, a red embroidered shape forms a winking expression. The nose is embroidered in a light pink, fluffy satin stitch, while the mouth is a small, round shape in bright red. The whiskers are embroidered as short, red lines on each side of the face. Like the light blue version, the entire perimeter is outlined with hand-sewn white running stitches, and the raw edges of the dark denim are slightly frayed.
Both pendants demonstrate a handmade construction method. The hand-sewn white stitches are prominent and evenly spaced but possess the slight irregularities characteristic of handwork. The embroidery for the facial features is neat and secure. Each pendant includes a small, white cord loop attached at the top between the ears, intended for hanging. The back of each pendant is plain denim fabric with the same visible stitching and frayed edges, showing no additional embellishments.
