This is a miniature witch-style headpiece designed for Lolita fashion, gothic dark aesthetics, and Halloween styling, presented as a handmade hair accessory or small hat that can be worn as a hair ornament, mini beret-like accent, or decorative cap piece. The central structure is a soft conical witch hat with a tall point that curves and curls over into a hook-like drooping tip, giving it an intentionally whimsical, crooked silhouette rather than a rigid upright cone.
