This small handmade leather pouch is crafted from soft black cowhide with a fine-grained texture and a subtle semi-matte sheen. Its tapered rectangular shape, wider at the top and narrower at the base, gives it a simple, rustic character.

The drawstring closure uses two dark brown braided cords threaded through four antique silver-toned metal grommets, secured at the front by a small black leather loop stitched with white thread. The top edge is folded over and finished with a prominent hand-stitched saddle seam, while a circular antique silver-toned emblem featuring a five-pointed star and scrollwork border adorns the lower left front. The unlined interior reveals the natural suede-like reverse side of the leather, and the entire pouch is hand-sewn with visible stitching along the sides and bottom.
