Item details

Color pattern: Floral
Paper texture: Medium grain

This handmade watercolor sketchbook has a hardcover wrapped in dark, matte fabric printed with a dense botanical pattern of roses and smaller blossoms in muted pink, cream, and deep red, set against grey-green foliage on a black background. A small black fabric label stitched with white capital letters reading "HAND MADE" sits on the lower front cover, and a black elastic band wraps vertically around the front to keep it closed. The square format measures 18 by 18 centimeters, giving it a compact, sturdy feel.

The cover features a detailed floral print with layered roses and foliage in soft, muted tones.
A black elastic closure secures the book when not in use.
The stitched fabric label adds a subtle handmade touch to the front.

Type: Watercolor sketchbook
Dimensions: 18 x 18 cm (7.1 x 7.1 inches)
Materials: Hardcover fabric cover, 300gsm watercolor paper
Finish / color: Dark matte fabric with botanical print; bright white pages
Closure: Black elastic band

Inside are 20 sheets, or 40 pages, of bright white 300gsm watercolor paper from the Baohong Arches brand, available in medium-grain or fine-grain texture. The pages are bound along the spine so the book opens flat, and the thick paper block with rigid covers feels durable enough for wet media. It is designed for painting and illustration, and pairs naturally with watercolor pans and brushes. As a size reference, the sketchbook is roughly the size of a large coaster.

This sketchbook suits daily painting practice, outdoor sketching sessions, studio illustration work, or as a gift for someone who enjoys watercolor.

Keep the cover dry and wipe with a soft, dry cloth if needed.
Store closed with the elastic band to protect the pages.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the print.

As a handmade item, small variations in the cover print or stitching may occur, adding to its individual character.
