This handcrafted leather wrist strap is constructed from American Horween Chromexcel leather, shown here in a deep dark brown shade with a smooth, semi-glossy surface that exhibits a subtle pull-up effect where the leather flexes. The design features a wide wrist loop section measuring 25mm in width, built with a double-layer face-to-face construction that gives the loop a substantial, padded profile. This wide section is secured with dense, even saddle stitching in a contrasting tan thread running along both edges, with additional reinforcement stitching at the base of the loop. The edges of the leather are cleanly finished and burnished, revealing a warm reddish-brown core tone beneath the darker surface finish.
Extending from the base of the wrist loop is a single-piece narrow strap measuring 10mm in width, formed from one continuous strip of leather without layering. A small leather keeper loop, also made from Horween Chromexcel, slides along the narrow strap to hold the tail neatly in place. The narrow strap terminates in a rounded leather tab with a punched hole, through which a solid copper split ring is attached.
