This Ten Thousand Flowers mug and saucer set pairs a large jade clay ceramic cup with a matching flower-rimmed saucer, hand-painted in pastel underglaze enamels with raised-glaze outlines. The all-over floral scheme draws on traditional Chinese underglaze enamel decoration, reworked with a soft, romantic palette. Raised petal lines catch the light and cast fine shadow along each bloom.

- Scalloped flower-shaped rim undulates in gentle rounded lobes
- Glossy white handle blends smoothly into the body
- Dense pastel blooms cover the exterior; interior stays plain white

Type: Large-size coffee mug with matching flower-rimmed saucer
Materials: Jade clay ceramic with glossy glaze
Finish / color: Glossy white with pastel underglaze florals and raised-glaze outlines
Firing: High-temperature reduction firing at 1300 degrees
Decoration: Hand-painted chrysanthemum, peony, and five-petaled filler flowers

The cup sits comfortably in one hand and holds coffee or tea, with the scalloped saucer catching drips. It pairs easily with plain white ceramics or other pastel tableware.

Slow weekend mornings at home.
Afternoon tea with a few friends.
A quiet desk or bedside cup.
Long reading sessions.

Wash by hand with mild soap and a soft sponge.
Skip abrasive pads or harsh cleaners on the raised outlines.
Dry with a soft cloth and store with padding between pieces.

Each flower is painted by hand, so petal placement and color saturation vary slightly from one piece to the next.
