Item details

Wood finish
Untreated/natural
These hanging parrot chew toys center on a sphere of natural pith, densely packed from small hollow segments into a rough, porous ball. Pale cream, beige, and light tan tones keep the look natural, while bright red, pink, yellow, green, and blue appear in the braided styles. Four designs share the same matte, fibrous texture and light feel.

- Pith ball topped with rattan sphere and fluted paper cup
- Pith ball between flat wooden slats, pine cone below
- Pith ball with braided straw, raffia, or dyed strands

Type: Hanging bird chew toys
Materials: Pith, rattan, paper, wood, pine cone, straw or raffia, dyed paper or fabric, metal
Finish / color: Natural cream, beige, and tan with red, pink, yellow, green, and blue accents; carabiner in silver or red
Closure: Metal carabiner clip with small metal ring and wooden bead or heart charm

Hang from cage bars or a perch peg so the pith ball rests near beak height. The sphere reads close to the size of a small citrus fruit, easy for a parrot to reach and work on. Several designs can hang side by side along one perch.

Daily cage enrichment and quiet chewing sessions for parrots and other pet birds. Works well as a rotating chew station. Suits both small and larger cages.

Care
- Check regularly and remove any loose or broken parts.
- Dust with a dry cloth and keep away from moisture.
- Store in a dry spot when not in use.

Handmade construction, so expect small variations in the pith arrangement and braiding.
