This cosplay hat recreates the wide-brimmed headwear worn by Portgas D. Ace from the anime One Piece. It is built from a vibrant orange silk velvet suede with a soft, velvety nap and a subtle sheen, and its rounded crown and slightly upturned brim give it a distinct silhouette. Glossy red bead banding and grinning-face emblems carry the character's signature look.
