This decorative handheld wand features a circular plush head inspired by a stylized canine character, with dense white faux fur and a soft, fluffy texture. The design pairs pure white with pastel light blue accents, creating a sweet, whimsical look with a gentle glow in the lighted version.

The wand includes two large floppy ears on top, a light blue gathered bow with white lace trim between them, and an elaborate satin bow assembly at the lower front with layered white floral lace, a tiny blue bow, a small white bell, and a blue heart-shaped charm. The handle is wrapped in a spiral of light blue and white ribbon for a candy-cane effect, finished with a small white plush pom-pom at the base. One version has warm-white LED lights embedded within the plush ring, casting a soft yellowish glow from inside the fur.
