Item details

Artwork frame material: Wood
Color pattern: Brown
Decoration material: Glass
Frame style: Framed
Mounting type: Wall and Tabletop
Orientation: Horizontal
Shape: Square

This is a square picture frame featuring a pressed flower and leaf composition arranged into a dense, spherical form that resembles a small celestial body. The dark-stained wood frame has a smooth matte finish and a pronounced linear grain, while the artwork sits against a solid black background for strong contrast. The overall effect is organic, intricate, and quietly whimsical, with a palette of purples, blues, yellows, whites, and soft pinks.

The floral sphere is built from numerous dried blooms and leaves, creating a textured mosaic of layered petals and clustered florets. At the top, a tiny stylized figure made from a green leaf and a yellow flower head adds a playful focal point, with a small reddish-pink rosebud nearby. Scattered petals and tiny flower heads across the black background echo distant stars, reinforcing the celestial theme. The frame’s mitered corners are cleanly joined, and the clear glazing keeps the delicate details sharply visible.
