A handmade ruffled bib collar for cats and dogs, cut from a soft off-white woven fabric with a playful all-over print. Red cherries, cupcakes in red-and-white checkered liners, small red and light blue hearts, and stylized animal figures scatter across the matte, fine-weave ground. Gathered construction gives it a full, circular shape when laid flat.
