This handmade quilted shoulder bag is designed around a teddy-bear theme, with a rectangular soft-bodied silhouette built from quilted fabric panels and a contrasting brown flap closure. The main body fabric is a cream or ivory-toned woven cloth with a matte, uncoated surface, featuring a printed pattern of cartoon teddy bear heads in warm biscuit and caramel browns, each drawn with simple black dot eyes, rounded ears, a small red or pink nose and a smiling curved mouth, along with small multicolored confetti-style sprinkles in red, pink, green, orange, blue and white scattered across the field. The quilting runs in evenly spaced vertical channels, creating soft parallel ridges and shallow valleys that give the bag a padded, cushioned volume, and the printed bear characters overlap these stitched channels so the imagery reads across the quilted texture. Light catches the tops of the quilted ridges while the valleys hold soft shadow, reinforcing the plush, dimensional quality of the exterior.
The front flap is cut in a wide, nearly semicircular shape with a straight top edge and a smooth rounded lower curve, made from a solid camel or chestnut brown woven cotton-type fabric with a visible fine plain weave and no sheen. Its perimeter is finished with a neat line of contrasting off-white topstitching set slightly inward from the edge, and the flap lies flat against the quilted body, covering roughly the upper third of the front panel. At the center of the flap sits a small round red snap button cap in a glossy plastic-like finish, acting as both a decorative focal point and the visible closure element; underneath, a metal spring-ring socket on the flap and a round silver-toned metal snap stud set into the bag body fasten together, so the flap lifts and closes securely. When raised, the underside of the flap reveals the same cream printed lining fabric seen inside the bag, and the snap hardware is stitched into place over a light-colored reinforcing patch.
Two bear ears project from the top rear edge of the bag, one on each side, positioned symmetrically near the strap attachment points. Each ear is made from the same solid brown fabric as the flap and is stuffed with cotton filling, giving it a rounded, three-dimensional, softly padded form that stands upright rather than lying flat, and each ear is stitched to the top seam of the body so it reads as a teddy bear's head when the flap is closed. The ears are plain on the exterior with no printed detail, their smooth stuffed surfaces contrasting with the quilted texture below.
