A closer look
This crystal bonsai arrangement is a hand-assembled decorative piece combining natural mineral specimens with a crafted ceramic vessel, designed for home décor and mineral specimen display. The central vessel is a white ceramic high-stem pedestal bowl with a rounded, wide-mouth basin resting on a bulbous footed base. The basin's outer surface carries a deliberately rough, stippled texture resembling crumpled stone or carved plaster, giving it an artisanal, organic appearance, while the color is a clean matte white. The stated diameter of the basin is 11 cm, making it a compact tabletop-scale piece. Around the narrow waist of the pedestal stem, a soft satin ribbon in a dusty rose-pink hue is tied into a bow with two long, gracefully hanging tails, adding a decorative, gift-like accent.
The mineral content is stated to be natural crystal, and the arrangement is built primarily around yellow crystal clusters, pink crystal clusters, and a crystal sphere, together with smaller loose crystal chips used as a ground layer. In the photographic evidence, the dominant specimens are prismatic quartz clusters of pale golden-yellow to honey-amber tones, with well-developed hexagonal crystal points, some appearing translucent and others milky or cloudy. The point terminations are natural, and fine internal veils, growth striations, and faint reddish-brown iron staining are visible on parts of the crystal faces. One specimen is a distinct pinkish-orange or peach-toned crystal cluster, showing rosy zoning and a mix of milky and glassy luster, consistent with rose-toned quartz. A smaller clear quartz sphere, approximately round and polished to a glassy finish, is nestled among the crystals at the front right of the arrangement; faint internal inclusions and surface speckling are visible within the sphere. Each of the four crystal components shown in the weighing images is recorded on a digital scale in grams: 108.8 g, 50.5 g, 77.2 g, and 18.6 g respectively, with the smallest value corresponding to the crystal sphere.
The decorative filler layer within the bowl consists of small, translucent white crystal gravel or crushed quartz chips, spread evenly as a bed from which the larger crystal specimens rise. Interspersed among the minerals are botanical-style accents: two large preserved or artificial fern fronds in pale blush pink, one frond in a silvery-white tone, a broad bright green leaf at the left, slender green budding stems, small white star-shaped flowers, and tiny cream-colored buds on wiry green stalks. These botanical elements are arranged asymmetrically
