The QUBZI Edit / Home & Display
When you set a table, one patterned plate can sit at a place or near the middle. Fruit and flowers are two clear directions, and these eleven plates fall into three groups: fruit painted as a subject, motifs repeated around a rim, and a floral plate to close.
Only a few listings give a number: the cherry plate's title includes 19 cm, the pear plate's listing describes a diameter of about 19 cm, and the floral plate's title includes 20 cm. If you want to judge a fit before ordering, cut a paper circle to that diameter and set it where the plate would go. The other listings describe size in looser terms, so read those pages directly.
Fruit motifs
The Handmade Ceramic Cherry Plate 19 cm is a gray round plate with two red cherry shapes near its rim. The gray ground makes the red shapes stand out beside white stoneware.

Round and about the same width, the Handmade Ceramic Pear Shaped Plate puts its pear at the center in white, green and yellow against a dark brown, finely speckled glaze. The pale shape stands out against the dark glaze; the brown stem and green leaf are visible closer up.

The Handmade Ceramic Plate with Hand Painted Apples is a pale raised dish with a coral wash at its center and small green and yellow fruit drawings around it.

Figs are treated more botanically on the Hand Painted Fig Ceramic Plate: a creamy off-white ground, a thin light blue line at the rim, and fruit in yellow-green, orange and reddish-brown, one of them cut open to show the seeds.

Then the playful one. The Handmade Ceramic Apple Star Small Plate centers a green apple, adds a slice and a cross-section nearby, and scatters small blue and yellow four-pointed stars across the rim. The listing describes a separate dark brown wooden display stand; on a table it works just as well lying flat.

Patterns along the rim
A border is different from a central figure. It surrounds the middle of the plate, so the pattern sits at the edge.
The Hand Painted Ceramic Plate with Blueberry Pattern is a round plate with blue and green motifs around the rim. The cream ground keeps the blues bright.

Tomatoes make a similar circuit on the Hand Painted Tomato Oval Ceramic Plate, the only oval here: an oval pale plate with red tomato shapes around the edge. Its oval outline gives you a different option from the round plates: if your table has space, set it near the center as a small focal point, or keep it at a single setting.

Two lychee plates sit close together in this group and differ mostly in where the fruit lands. On the Handcrafted Ceramic Plate with Hand Painted Lychee Design, clusters in reds and pinks with brown stems and green leaves circle the rim and leave the middle open. On the Handpainted Lychee Ceramic Small Plate, fruit and leaves gather along one side against a pale blue center — a less symmetrical arrangement.

Flowers and mixed produce
The Handcrafted Ceramic Fruit Plate with Hand-Painted Produce has small fruit and vegetable drawings scattered across a pale blue-rimmed plate. Look for the tomato, carrot, pea pod, mushrooms, watermelon, avocado and chili peppers among them.

The Hand Painted Floral Ceramic Plate 20cm has pink blooms and green leaves painted across a glossy off-white interior, with an unglazed beige clay exterior. At 20 cm across and low to the table, it would work as a base for a small centerpiece.

If you're choosing between two, the tomato oval and the pear-centered plate make a clean either/or: a pattern that travels around the edge, or one image at the center. The cherry plate and the fig plate are the quieter pair — both keep a muted ground and let a small detail carry the interest.
And if animals turn out to suit your table better than fruit, the painted cats and rabbits are a good next stop. For another take on care and placement — a hand-painted puppy cup and a miniature seafood-pasta prop, each with its own handling notes — see this piece on a ceramic puppy cup and a miniature food prop.
Pick the fruit you'd be happy to look at while you eat, and let the rest of the table stay plain around it. One plate is usually enough.
