This handmade leather journal has a deep burgundy cover with a distressed, matte finish and subtle tonal variations. The front features a smooth light beige leather patch, secured with visible stitching, and an embossed circular botanical design at its center. Two brown suede-like straps wrap around the spine and fasten through a silver-tone metal heart buckle with a beaded border.

The exposed binding uses thick cream thread in a contrasting stitch pattern along the spine. Inside, there are 96 sheets, or 192 pages, blending warm kraft paper and bright white Dohong paper.
