This operating-room scrub cap is sewn from 100% cotton in a thin, lightweight weave with a soft matte surface and a fine thread grid. The warm off-white ground carries an all-over aquatic print of hand-drawn-style sea creatures in muted pastels: sky blue, periwinkle, lavender, mustard, coral pink and navy. Rounded whales with dotted bellies, striped tropical fish, branching coral, seaweed sprigs, starfish and tiny bubbles give it a gentle, whimsical character.

The voluminous crown gathers into soft pleats that fully enclose the hair, and the long-hair version adds extra room at the back; a built-in sweatband lines the inner front edge. Slide it on, then cinch the rear toggle for a snug, customized fit, or pick the lace trim edge for a more decorative finish. The gathered crown sits at roughly the size of a cupped hand.
