This surgical scrub cap is a single-layer, unlined style made from thin, woven pure cotton with a matte finish and visible weave texture. It features a playful all-over print on a light beige base, showing white cartoon cats with black outlines in various expressions and poses, alongside pink flowers, geometric shapes in green, orange, and beige, checkered patterns, and snippets of French text including "Angry cat," "Shikaruneko," and "DA INF®."

The rounded dome shape provides full head coverage, with neat stitching along the seams and a solid light brown or tan fabric trim at the lower edge. Two back styles are available: one with long fabric ties to be tied into a bow at the nape, and another with a white elastic cord threaded through a channel in the back trim, secured with a transparent plastic toggle for a customizable fit.
