This item is a decorative desk object and device holder formed into the shape of an animal paw, rendered in a vivid translucent cyan-to-sky-blue resin. The material is epoxy resin casting, described as hand-poured resin work, and the body reads as a single continuous molded form rather than an assembled multi-part fixture. The color is a saturated electric turquoise that shifts toward pale icy white where light passes through thinner edges, and toward a deeper cobalt-cyan in the thicker pedestal and back sections. Suspended within the translucent medium is a dense field of very fine holographic glitter and micro-crystal dust, producing a shimmering internal glow that reads as a bright speckled sparkle when viewed directly and as a soft aqua luminescence when light passes through the material from behind or at a low angle.
The upper backrest is a five-lobed rounded silhouette, like five plump oval petal forms radiating from a central panel, each lobe heavily encrusted with irregular faceted crystal nuggets that create a crusted, gem-like surface. These facets catch light individually, throwing dozens of sharp white and pale blue specular glints, while the recesses between them hold a finer, denser stippled crystal grain that gives the surface a sugared, frosted-glass appearance under the otherwise high-gloss finish. The overall texture is therefore dual-layered: large irregular faceted inclusions on the raised lobes, and a micro-granular crystalline field across the flatter central area. Symmetry is broadly bilateral, though the handmade casting leaves slight irregularities in the lobe sizes, facet placement, and edge outlines, which gives the piece a sculpted, artisanal rather than machine-perfect character.
