This is a hand-finished fantasy creature display doll conceived as an embroidered butterfly figure with a sculpted doll face. The piece measures approximately 33 centimeters in wingspan when the wings are spread, and approximately 24 centimeters in overall height. The neck, elbows, knees, and waist are fitted with movable joints, so the figure can be bent and re-posed into different seated, curled, or upright postures. The body is built from dense, curly-pile plush fabric in a soft lilac-purple tone, with a contrasting cream-colored plush belly panel and cream tufted horn-like or ear-like protrusions rising above the head. The head itself is a smooth, glossy sculpted doll face with a porcelain-like appearance, large painted grey-blue eyes framed by elaborate orange, coral, and red liner with lash details, a tiny button nose, small pink lips, and red heart-shaped decorative marks on the forehead and cheeks. The fur surrounding the face is worked into a full, shaggy mane, with additional cream plush texture layering the neck and upper chest.
The wings are the dominant decorative element, built as flat, padded embroidered fabric panels with scalloped, wing-shaped edges finished in lilac-purple satin-stitch bordering. The main fabric base is a cream or off-white ground, overlaid with dense machine embroidery: large blue-and-white lotus-like blossoms with lavender and pale-pink centers, smaller blue sprig flowers, green leaves, golden vine scrolls, tiny white daisy-like flowers, dark navy outlined heart and petal motifs, and pink-and-gold swirl accents. Each wing carries a smaller detached embroidered blossom appliqué in blush pink and cream, and the outer wing edges are fringed with cream and lilac fuzzy pile trim that echoes the body fur. The embroidery uses raised satin stitching with visible sheen, giving the floral panels a layered, three-dimensional, traditional Chinese-style surface.
The head is crowned with an elaborate headdress of polished gold-tone metal butterfly-shaped ornaments with cut-out wing veining, set with clusters of clear and iridescent faceted rhinestones and round pearl cabochons. Interspersed among the metal butterflies are small green leaf accents, a coral-orange sculpted flower, and soft purple and pale-yellow pompoms. From either side of the headdress hang braided purple-and-pink cord links terminating in small gold-tone bell beads and long, silky light-pink thread tassels with tightly wound caps, which drape down beside the face and over the shoulders.
The limbs are smooth, rounded, glossy sculpted parts in a pale flesh or cream tone, contrasting sharply with the shaggy plush body. Each paw-like hand and foot is finished with raised purple glossy toe or claw pads arranged in a four-point pattern, adding a stylized animal quality.
