This hand-rolled cigarette case is a compact, rectangular accessory crafted from Italian vegetable-tanned oil-waxed cowhide, with a curved flap closure and a rustic yet refined look. The leather develops a richer patina and deeper shine over time, and the smooth, slightly glossy surface shows subtle grain texture in deep forest green or warm tan.

The front flap fastens with a brass flower-shaped snap button and features an oval brass plate engraved with "Mark By Heart" in cursive script, secured by two small rivets.
