This handcrafted notebook combines first-layer cowhide and fabric in a vibrant traditional style, with intricate artwork featuring pagodas, cranes, lotus flowers, musical instruments, mythical deer, and celestial moons and clouds. The mint green background is accented with blue, orange, pink, red, and gold, while brass corner protectors and a decorative metal clasp with an ornate face design add a distinctive finishing touch.

Thick wax thread stitches the paper directly into the leather binding, with visible white stitching creating a textured pattern along the spine. The pages are uniformly cut with clean white edges, and the cover opens fully 360 degrees so each page lies flat on both sides for writing.
