This is a small, handcrafted notebook wrapped in genuine cowhide leather with a warm, medium-brown tone. The hide shows natural mottling, with lighter tan areas and deeper amber patches, plus a matte, pebbled grain and subtle imperfections that give it an organic, artisanal character. Raw, unfinished edges reveal the fibrous underside of the leather, adding to its rustic appeal.

Features a short leather strap that wraps from the back cover and secures with a round, brass-colored metal stud, with two punched holes for adjusting tightness. The spine is rounded and bound with thick, brown waxed thread in a visible crisscross X-pattern stitch that is both structural and decorative. Inside, the notebook holds 96 sheets totaling 192 pages, with heavier brown kraft paper at the start and end, and smoother, cream-colored Dowling paper throughout the main block.
