This is a handmade leather notebook cover, an organizer-style personal binder constructed in a two-tone scheme that pairs a deep ebony-brown Barenia leather exterior with a milkshake-white Sully goat-leather interior lining. The exterior leather displays a smooth, finely grained semi-matte surface with a soft, subtle sheen that catches light in gentle diffuse highlights rather than sharp glare, while the interior Sully leather shows a slightly softer, more supple grain in a warm off-white, cream-leaning shade. The color contrast between the dark, near-black brown of the outer panels and the pale milkshake interior runs consistently through every visible edge and layer.
The exterior design follows a clean, minimal, contemporary European stationery aesthetic: the front cover carries a vertical elastic band closure in black woven webbing, positioned toward the outer edge, and a stitched vertical pocket panel on the fore-edge side formed by a separate layer of the same ebony leather. Both cover faces are finished with high-contrast white saddle stitching set in a continuous, evenly spaced line close to the perimeter, with matching dark stitching used on the vertical pocket seam, creating a precise, regular stitch rhythm that emphasizes the geometry of the panels. The corners are lightly rounded, and all exposed edges are sealed with a smooth, dark edge-paint finish that forms a crisp, uniform border around the cover.
The binder hardware is a silver-finished Krause ring mechanism with a 20-ring configuration, running the full height of the spine, with each ring polished to a reflective, mirror-like chrome surface. The mechanism is mounted onto a reinforced spine panel lined with the milkshake-white leather, flanked by tall stitched slip pockets that hold the covers' contents in place. On the left interior panel sits a full-height pocket containing an ID-style card with a transparent rounded-corner window displaying a long-haired cream cat image with the script text "Sixty six" printed in white across its lower area. The right interior panel carries a full-height Sully leather pocket with a large curved, rounded-corner opening, edged with the same white stitching used throughout.
Functional details include a black woven elastic pen loop stitched to the right interior edge, shown holding a cream-barrelled pen with polished silver trim rings at the cap and barrel junctions and a chrome clip, as well as a black elastic ribbon bookmark anchored near the top of the spine that loops outward from the cover edge. The binder is displayed fitted with a white notepad and a dark grey-toned notebook insert with a punched edge compatible with the ring mechanism, and its open spread lays flat, showing the symmetrical two-panel construction divided by the central silver ring column.
