Item details

Color pattern: Brown
Paper texture: Medium grain

This handmade watercolor sketchbook brings a vintage botanical feel to everyday sketching, with a dark chocolate brown hardcover and a rustic off-white fabric patch featuring mushrooms, leaves, and butterflies in warm autumn tones. The fine-ribbed texture of the bookcloth and the frayed edges of the patch give it a raw, handcrafted character that stands out on any desk or shelf.

Features a dark forest green elastic band that wraps around the front to keep the book closed, plus a white ribbon bookmark with a small silver-toned heart charm engraved with "made with love." The compact 32k size makes it easy to carry, while the 300gsm watercolor paper handles wet media well, with 20 sheets for 40 usable pages in either medium or fine grain.

Type: Handmade watercolor sketchbook
Dimensions / Size: 32k format
Thickness / depth: Substantial paper block
Materials: Bookcloth cover, off-white fabric patch, 300gsm watercolor paper, elastic band, ribbon bookmark, metal charm
Finish / color: Dark chocolate brown, off-white, forest green, silver-toned
Closure: Elastic band

The sketchbook sits comfortably in one hand, roughly the size of a large postcard, making it easy to slip into a bag for on-the-go drawing. It pairs well with a pencil case or a small palette, and the sturdy cover protects pages during travel.

Use it for quick outdoor sketches, journaling with watercolor washes, or as a thoughtful gift for someone who loves nature-inspired art. It also works well for ink studies or mixed-media experiments on thick paper.

Keep the cover dry and wipe gently with a soft cloth if needed. Store the sketchbook closed with the elastic band to prevent pages from bending. Avoid exposing the paper to excessive moisture when not in use.

Handmade construction means each sketchbook may have slight variations in the fabric patch or stitching, adding to its unique charm.
