This handmade tablet sleeve is sewn from thickened handwoven cotton cloth, patterned with fine green and purple vertical stripes on an off-white ground. A white loop-pile bunny appliqué with black embroidered eyes and a cross-stitched mouth gives it a soft, rustic character. The cloth is a vintage textile woven from hand-twisted yarns, so it carries a granular texture with occasional visible cotton seeds and small slubs.
