This compact zip pouch is handmade from Japanese Kobayashi cotton in deep navy-indigo, printed with a dense scatter of storybook characters: cream-white dogs with mustard paws and ears, small four-pointed stars, powder-blue raindrops, and tiny illustrated figures in red, green, and yellow. The print sits flat on a fine, even plain weave with a matte, slightly crisp surface and no sheen, letting the bright golden-yellow zipper frame the whole edge. Softly radiused corners and gently curved short ends give it a flat, palm-sized shape.
