This handmade scrub cap is a surgical-style bouffant head covering sewn from thin, lightweight 100 percent cotton. A pink and white gingham ground carries a whimsical all-over print of a smiling golden-brown teddy bear with a yellow swirl, a red-outlined heart with the cursive words Butter Bear in blue, and a pink flower with a yellow center. Blush pink, cream, golden yellow and soft red keep the palette warm and pastel, while a gathered crown gives the cap a full, rounded shape.

The band rests at the forehead with the crown puffed over the hair and the ties knotted at the nape, so it sits comfortably under a mask and glasses.
