This dual-purpose accessory functions as both a headpiece and a neck collar, featuring a prominent tribal and oceanic aesthetic. The main structural component is a thick, padded circular band, densely wrapped in a multitude of colorful threads. These threads create a textured, woven surface with a palette dominated by various shades of blue, accented with red, gold, and white, giving it a vibrant, handcrafted appearance. Attached to the sides of the band are two symmetrical decorative clusters.
