This is a handmade single-layer surgical scrub cap, presented in a classic gathered-bouffant surgical style with a rounded crown that spreads outward from the head before gathering into a soft elasticated band at the nape. The fabric is a pure cotton twill shirting material, described as cotton yarn-dyed twill cloth, and it shows the fine diagonal twill weave texture and soft matte surface characteristic of that cotton construction, with a smooth, breathable hand and slight natural body that holds the rounded shape without stiffness. The printed surface carries a lush garden-scene pattern in a painterly, softly blurred watercolor style: layered foliage in a wide range of greens from bright lime and apple green through sage and olive into deep forest and blue-tinged pine, interspersed with muted dusty blue and slate shadows, with small scattered flower accents in cream white, soft blush pink, and pale butter yellow. The cap is constructed as a single-layer piece rather than a lined or padded one, allowing the printed cotton to remain light and air-permeable against the head.
