This is a length of handwoven cotton cloth, dyed with a botanical sappanwood dye to a soft, dusty pink. The yarn is hand-spun and woven on a traditional loom in a plain, evenly balanced weave with a dry, matte surface that does not reflect light. The cloth feels slightly crisp yet pliable, and rolled ends show tight concentric spirals where the pale pink face deepens into a warmer rose tone.
