Plant-dyed handwoven cloth in a softened sky blue, a fine lightweight plain weave with a soft, slightly open structure. Botanical dyeing gives it a dusty, cloudy blue with chalky light patches, faint banding and mottled streaking rather than one flat shade. Matte and unglazed, it keeps a gentle hand-loomed irregularity and shifts between pale powder blue in bright light and muted slate blue in shaded folds.
