This journal cover is cut from a single, substantial panel of bison leather in a warm light brown that reads as cognac and caramel. Hide from non-captive bison carries dense natural scarring, healed creases, and a fine pebbled grain, so every cover has its own rugged character. A soft satin sheen moves across the surface as the light shifts.

The cover folds around a standard loose-leaf ring mechanism and holds A6 or A5 inner cores for daily notes. A single-layer panel this thick is noticeably more substantial than most notebook covers, closer to a small stack of coins than a sheet of card. It sits comfortably alongside a simple pen and a plain pouch without competing for attention.
