This handcrafted notebook features a woven fabric cover printed with a black-and-white comic-panel illustration of a sci-fi scene, showing characters in space suits and cats beneath a starry sky. The monochromatic artwork in shades of black, white, and grey gives it a bold, graphic look with a matte, textured surface.

The spine is reinforced with smooth, matte black top-grain leather, attached with thick, visible black waxed thread in a cross-stitch pattern that highlights the handmade stitching. A wrap-around closure strap of the same black leather secures the notebook with a metal clasp, available in two designs: a polished, silver-toned sunburst with radiating rays, or a detailed, silver-toned cat head emblem. The strap fastens to the back cover with two silver-toned metal snaps, and shiny, silver-toned metal corner guards protect the front and back cover edges.

The notebook opens a full 360 degrees, allowing the covers to fold back flat. The entire text block is sewn together with waxed thread for a robust binding that keeps pages securely in place.
